- How do I cancel my subscription?
- Email us at hello@sundayporch.com and we'll cancel it immediately. You'll keep access through the end of your billing period.
- My storyteller isn't receiving calls or texts
- Double-check the phone number on their profile. Make sure they haven't replied STOP to opt out. If it still doesn't work, email us and we'll look into it.
- Can I get a refund?
- If you're not happy, email us within 30 days of purchase and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked.
- How do I download my stories?
- Open any story from your dashboard and you'll find download options for the audio and transcript.
